Round Robin doubles have the first match time published only, with matches to follow on the same court. All players in the round robin to check in for the first scheduled match time.
Match times for Saturday and Sunday will be published the night before.

Friday Morning
7:45am – Team manager’s meeting in the club house. If you or someone from your region could please be in attendance.
8.00am – Official welcome
8:30am – matches commence

Draws
Singles – Elimination with consolation
Doubles – 12/u – 25/u round robin. Open and Seniors events are elimination with consolation
Mixed – Elimination with consolation
Players / pairs that lose their first match will be fed into a consolation draw.
Reminder that consolation is compulsory.
Round Robin doubles – Each pool will be sent to a designated court/s. The first time slot is published with remaining matches to follow as matches finish.

Players are to be ready to play for their matches – i.e. sunscreen on, water bottles filled, shoes on etc.
Warm up time is 3 minutes.

Match formats
Singles
Best of 2 tie break sets (tie break at 6 all + 10 point match tie break if required).

Consolation
1 tie break set (tie break at 6 all with no add scoring)

All Doubles
1 tie break set (tie break at 6 all with no add scoring)

Any late changes to players/matches will be modified Thursday afternoon.

Courts
Matches will be scheduled on the 25 grass courts and 6 red porous courts with allocation to each of the 31 courts as they become available.

Practice Courts
Thursday 3.00pm – 6.00pm. 12 courts are available for 30 min sessions.
Please check in to the tournament desk for court allocation. The bar will be open from 4.00pm.
Friday to Sunday courts available 1 hour before play is scheduled to start, until 10 minutes before play starts.

Saturday night entertainment
The bar will open from 4.00pm – 9.00pm.
Warrnambool Lawn Tennis Club are catering for dinner with a selection of meats, and 3 salads followed by Timboon fine ice cream for only $25.00 per adult and $15.00 for kids. Live music is included by ‘Those 2 Guys’. See the attached flyer for more details. Please pre book tickets online here to assist the club with catering.
The catch the cash raffle will be drawn – $10 per ball with 1st prize $300. Raffle tickets available from Friday onwards.

Food and drinks
Egg and bacon rolls available Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Real machine coffee available at the club canteen throughout the tournament.
The bar will be open from 4.00pm – 9.00pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

In order for Tennis Victoria to deliver a safe and successful tournament we are required to implement a number of strategies including the use of a attendance recording application to record attendance for all players, spectators, staff and volunteers. The application we are using for this weekend’s Inter regionals is Sine Pro. All participants are required to download the app…

Once downloaded and registered you will simply need to scan the QR code on entry without the need to register every time you enter the facility.
Players to check in for matches at the tournament box.

Team App
As a way of communication for all RTE’s we have created a TeamApp account to provide event specific details. To keep up to date with all news regarding events including draws, results and social updates go to the App store or Google Play and download Team App and search for ‘Tennis Victoria RTE’s’. Here you will find all RTE’s listed and you can select the event relevant for you.

Presentations
Presentations will take place at the completion of play on Sunday.
